CNC equipment for cutting, milling, engraving and marking with CNC Fagor numerical controller that controls the 5-axis with transmission by servo motors.
The machine is composed of a monoblock structure which is included in the table, a gantry with double asymmetrical configuration and a vertical column built of high-strength welded steel providing a high rigidity, resulting in high precision values.
The controller Fagor used , 8065, is equipped with touchscreen optimized for high-speed machining and software for enabling autotuning to optimize the structure. The head machining bi-rotary is constituted by the “spindle” machining, and the rotary axes A and C. The spindle is capable of speeds up to 24,000 rpm and 7.4 kW, liquid-cooled. The equipment uses the technology of high-speed machining to be used by manufacturers of composite and lightweight materials.
This machine provides the efficiency and accuracy needed in large-scale works, using to it their warehouse with automatic tool changing capability up to 6 tools, and its velocity in empty 1000 mm/s, thus reducing downtime . It has the ability to work material natures, thicknesses and volumes varied from soft materials, lightweight alloys, aluminum alloys, with high assurance in their relation-cost- performance flexibility, able to meet the needs of different markets and different sectors of activity.
